Alumni Band Reception & Silent Auction
6:00-9:00 p.m.
King Alumni House
400 Rose Street
Lexington, KY
Meal will be catered by Billy's Bar-B-Q and a complimentary bar will be available.
A silent auction will raise money to support the Wildcat Marching Band.
Cost: $10 for non-marching guests or family
Parking: Available behind the King Alumni House

Headquarters: BCTC - Bluegrass Community and Technical College (located at Cooper Drive and Sports Center Drive)
10:00 a.m. - Check-in/Silent Auction continues - BCTC
11:00 a.m. - Music rehearsal - BCTC
12:30 p.m. - Lunch (provided for marching members - courtesy of UK Bands)/social time - BCTC
2:00 p.m. - Field rehearsal (Alums) - Shively Complex
2:30 p.m. - Field rehearsal (Alums & WMB) - Shively Complex
4:45 p.m. - Catwalk/Little Blue Band (optional activity) - Start at BCTC
5:45 p.m. - Meet in BCTC for the march to the stadium (optional activity)
6:00 p.m. - March to the stadium (optional activity)
6:45 p.m. - Pre-game performance with the WMB (all alums)
7:00 p.m. - Kickoff
8:30 p.m. (approx.) - Halftime performance with Wildcat Marching Band (all alums)
Uniform: You must wear the Alumni Band uniform to be allowed on the field.
Recommended parking: Parking structure #2 (free) or Parking structure #7 ($20 - operated by UK Parking & Transportation Services). Click here for a map of available non-permit parking options.
Harry Clarke Scrapbook
We will be putting together a scrapbook for Professor Harry Clarke which will not only document this special weekend, but also contain mementos and remembrances from former students and colleagues. If you would like to include a note, picture or some other item in the scrapbook, please bring it with you to either the reception or the Saturday morning rehearsal. We will assemble all the pictures and personal notes from the weekend and present them to him. Feel free to use your own letterhead, or use this form to get your ideas started!
